3rd Cir. Argument Moved
The 3rd Cir. has moved its argument up to December 17th. The panel has been selected and the parties are preparing to argue. We expect this will be the first appellate court that will address either the outside sales exemption and/or the administrative exemption in the pharmaceutical industry.
We will keep our fingers crossed until then.
